[WSBARP] Homeowner-Builder Dispute - Tri-Cities

Seeking referrals for homeowner who purchased a home under construction in a development, to which PC made numerous changes via change orders.  PC has accepted the home, but has complaints regarding the work that was done and is seeking an attorney to being claims against the builder.  PC lives in Kennewick, but referrals to any Tri-Cities attorneys would be appreciated.  All referrals will be forwarded to PC.
