[WSBARP] Service on Washington Mutual

I am foreclosing a deed of trust judicially and Washington Mutual Bank is in 2nd position the deed of trust has not been transferred to Morgan Chase who took it over. Do I name Morgan Chase as a successor and then serve Morgan Chase. I have an address thru the title co.  lit.  guarantee of an address in Nevada for Washington Mutual. Thanks for your input.
