[WSBARP] probating husband and wife's estates

H&W have died and both estates need to be probated. 

Do I need to open two separate probates?  Or could I open one probate under
the caption of "Estate of H&W"?  Or open one probate under a double caption?
And do I pay one filing fee or two?  

Probate will be in King County.  Appreciate any comments.
