[WSBARP] stopping trustee's sale under chapter 61.24 RCW

Carl:
You are right that reinstatement by right under the statute is 04/18, but I
have set the hearing to restrain sale for the Thursday before the sale.
You just typically need to have filed all of your docs 7 calendar days
prior to the hearing.  So you have a little time.  PM me and I have a few
things I can share.
