[WSBARP] PR exemption from real property disclosure statements

Has anyone heard of a recent change to RCW 64.06.010, or otherwise, that would remove the exemption of PRs from making real property disclosure statements when selling residential real property belonging to the decedent's estate? I've heard it's out there, but I can't find it.
