[WSBARP] business dissolution, commercial lease--referral requested

Client shares professional office space with colleague who has become
difficult.  Client is leaseholder, lease terminates next year, client wants
to go it alone and move into new space.  Client will let colleague keep the
business name, and even continue paying on lease if necessary.  Nonetheless,
Client fears retaliation from colleague.  There is no formal partnership
document.  Client requests a referral to someone with experience in these
