[WSBARP] OT - software IP attorney

My older, smarter brother, who lives in southern California (Orange County, just south of Los Angeles County), has been working with a title company down there to develop an app for use by title reps. He needs an IP attorney to assist him on securing his IP rights, and also creating a EULA. Any suggestions on who to use? Either down there, or even up here in Seattle?
