Great--thank you! I think there is at least one Western WA county that doesn't accept the shrunk 8.5x11, though I can't recall which one it is (and they might have changed their practice since then).

Spokane County Treasurer accepts the standard 8.5 x 11 size REETA in lieu of legal size.  Matter fact, I can't think of a single treasurer in Eastern Washington who doesn't accept 8.5 x 11.

Will Spokane County Recorder accept the REET Affidavit on letter size paper, or is legal size required? Also, do the recording charge and the REET fee have to paid by separate checks? Any other procedural niceties unique to the county?
