[WSBARP] Spokane County REET Affidavit on letter size paper?

Spokane County Treasurer accepts the standard 8.5 x 11 size REETA in lieu
of legal size.  Matter fact, I can't think of a single treasurer in Eastern
Washington who doesn't accept 8.5 x 11.

Will Spokane County Recorder accept the REET Affidavit on letter size
paper, or is legal size required? Also, do the recording charge and the
REET fee have to paid by separate checks? Any other procedural niceties
