[WSBARP] Removing prior owner after Sheriff Sale

I have employed a action for ejectment or can use forcible retainer action but remember if it is homestead property former owner has right to reside on property during redemption period.

Mechanics lien foreclosed for more than value of real property.  Sold by Sheriff.  Buyer is entitled to immediate possession by judgment and statute.  How can prior owner be removed?
