Dear all:

Just wondering if anyone has worked with clients owning lumber land and/or
dairy farm fractional ownership in New Zealand.

The lumber dirt is in a holding company, so not an issue for NZ probate
avoidance, (I hope). The dairy farm interests I am waiting for client to
get back to me, and the value of the fractional ownership is small relative
to the client's overall estate.

If you have probated such an estate in Washington, with similar NZ real
property assets, would you mind sharing your experiences?

Better yet, if you are a "Kiwi" licensed attorney, can you get in touch?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards, Lisa
