[WSBARP] excise tax affidavit for corrected deed?

Island County has rejected several of my re-recorded documents.  I now
provide the Affidavit for all corrections, as a re-record or as a new
document.

It's my experience that if you are re-recording an already recorded document
with the excise tax stamped on it, you will not need to present a 2nd REET.
If it is a new document to correct a previous document you will need a REET,
and use the exemption.

Grantor is providing a corrected deed.  First, deed did not include an
acknowledgment.  The only change on new deed is the acknowledgment.  Is
another real estate excise tax affidavit required?
