[WSBARP] Special Rules for Mobile Home Tenants after foreclosure?

Good Afternoon,

I wanted to verify if there are additional or special rules for removing
mobile home tenants after a foreclosure sale.

Client purchased a parcel of land ("Redacre") at a nonjudicial foreclosure
sale.  The parcel is about 7 acres.  There are two mobile homes sitting on
the parcel and each has a tenant.  Mobile Home A is owned by the foreclosed
owner, and Tenant A was paying rent to previous owner.  Mobile Home B is
located on Redacre, but Mobile Home B is actually actually belongs to the
owner of "Orangeacre," which is the adjacent parcel.  Tenant B pays rent to
Mr. Orange.  So far, I have not found anything recorded between Mr. Orange
and Mr. Red allowing Mr. Orange to have his mobile home on Redacre, so we
are still trying to determine the nature of the arrangement.

Are there special rules for removing mobile home tenants, or is it the same
procedure or does 61.24.146 and 59.12 govern?  Traps for the unwary?
