[WSBARP] LLC Default Provisions

Is anyone familiar with the default provisions for Limited Liability Companies? LLC is a member managed LLC without an operating agreement. A majority of the members are in agreement on the sale of several pieces of real property within the LLC, but it is not a unanimous position. Under the default rules, must it be unanimous?
