I have two separate clients that have the following goals outside my
skill set.

 

The first wants to create a REIT with other investors. He's in the
Oly/Lacey area, but can work with an attorney most anywhere.

 

The second wants to roll an IRA into an S-Corp to buy a franchise. He's
located in Seattle.
