[WSBARP] Referral Sought - Residential Condo Issues with Support Animal

A condo owner is seeking a referral to counsel familiar with laws applicable to support animals in a small condo project in Seattle, whether FHA rules apply, etc.  I'm assuming that association issues will also be involved.
