Kate Love and Kevin Winters in this office do such work. They are defending a similar matter right now in Kitsap county.

Subject: [WSBARP] FW: PC for foreclosure issue

I received a call today from a PC that is being foreclosed on. According to PC there are two DOTs at issue: One from 2003 and one from 2004. The 2004 DOT is being used as the basis of the foreclosure. The issue is that neither PC nor his wife signed the 2004 DOT to his knowledge and PC's wife claims the signature on the document is not hers and his "looks like a cut and paste job". My firm is going to be conflicted out as we primarily represent lenders and post REO issues. I did not ask him for the address or the lender, just told him it was highly likely I could not accept the case and before getting too far down the road and then having to back out I would post this and see if there was anyone interested in talking to him. It's a 425 number so most likely this is an Eastside property.
