List mates:

Client own house in Sno. Co. Clients property is fairly large. Client has a waterline easement that runs appx 500 yds to county road for his waterline. The easement is shared with other property owners. However, a current property owner adjacent to water line easement has planted several trees on top of my clients water line running to the road. From the preliminary title adjacent owner doesn't own property or should have trees on it. Thoughts on what to do? Would client have to file complaint against encroaching neighbor to remove trees? Thanks a million.

Sincerely,

Justin K. Monro
