Subject: [WSBARP] ERISA Referral?

 

PC needs help obtaining retirement benefits.  PC worked for Pacific Bell in
San Diego, CA about 40 years ago.  Was recently told she didn't qualify for
the Pac Bell retirement because she wasn't "vested" because, even though she
worked there for over ten years, she started at age 18 and "wasn't eligible"
to start her "vesting years"  at that young of an age.  PC needs to talk to
someone who speaks this language.
