Denver is correct, they do have a condo specific purchase and sale agreement (Form 28) and other common addendums (financing, title review, inspection).  You can buy copies of their forms at their various offices around the state.  http://www.northwestmls.com/, 425-820-9200. 

 

The forms aren’t perfect but they’re not bad and certainly get the job done in a typical resale transaction.

NWMLS has a lot of real estate sales forms available to attorneys for very little money.  I would suspect, but do not know, that it has forms for the sale of a condo.
