[WSBARP] Need referral for land use attorney

Mary: I regularly handle timber trespass cases.  If the  trees are on the PC’s property and being damaged by the neighbor’s work that causes the trees to die or be removed, the PC would have a cause of action, including potentially the recovery of attorney fees.  Would be happy to talk to the PC.

Subject: [WSBARP] Need referral for land use attorney

PC has property neighboring a residential construction site in Seattle city limits.Trees are being damaged by the construction process and the city building department has refused to enforce the codes protecting the trees, ground water, building permit, etc.  According to PC cities position is give approval after builders failure to comply. Not sure what the cause of action might be. Any referrals will be passed along.
