[WSBARP] Need referral for land use attorney

[MK Henderson]

PC has property neighboring a residential construction site in Seattle city
limits.Trees are being damaged by the construction process and the city
building department has refused to enforce the codes protecting the trees,
ground water, building permit, etc.  According to PC cities position is
give approval after builders failure to comply. Not sure what the cause of
action might be. Any referrals will be passed along.
