[WSBARP] Sale of TIC Interests

I am working on an estate that holds a number of TIC interests, which we
want to sell.  Have any of you had experience in selling national TIC
interests?   Valuations have been done, and at this point we want to
consult with someone who knows the ins and outs of the sale process for
TIC interests.
