As an atty you can buy them directly from NWMLS. Single use, and cheap.

Please excuse terse reply with any typos. I am working on my smartphone

sellers.

Does anyone have a current Residential Real Estate Purchase and Sale
Agreement form that I could use. I have a client buying a house that is
for sale by owner. I will be using the standard contingencies: Financing,
Inspection, Title Review, etc….for my client

My current (P&SA) is a few years old.

Thanks,

Roger
