examiner Des Moines, WA

 

PC needs to file an appeal to the Hearing Examiner on an administrative
decision with the City Clerk by early next week.  PC bought property 20
years ago to store construction equipment, property was rezoned several
years ago, now city is requiring business license and refused to issue
business license based on wrongful use, so now use is denied because of
lack of business license.
