[WSBARP] San Diego Tax Preparer / Advisor

I have a client who resides here in WA whose grandparents’ estates are
being probated in CA.  The professional who is handling the personal
returns is not responsible and does not seem to be able to answer her
questions re. capital gains on real property located down there that is
being / has been sold.  Can anyone refer someone who can assist her with
the tax issues? I know CA no longer has the pick-up tax but she needs
someone to advise her re. filings.   Many thanks,
