[WSBARP] Non-profit corp registered agent/office

I now refer out almost all entity formation work (except the non-profit
corporations for subdivision & condominium owners association).

 

I would appreciate (online or offline) the name/contact data for a firm
that could act as a registered agent/office for the following:

1.       Non-profit corporation (owners association) for a 2-unit
condominium.

2.       Both Units are remaining in single ownership/rental status.

3.       Unit owner is an Alaska LLC (which is not registered in
Washington, and has 1 member who resides in Alaska and has no Washington
address).

4.       Non-profit will remain dormant and may well be terminated within
a year.

Alaska LLC does not want to spend much for a registered agent.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
