[WSBARP] request for change to city property

[Andrew Lemmel]

Does anyone have any insights on the process for filing a petition to have
the city turn unused city property (Seattle site of old sub station) into
park space?  I would very much appreciate any input anyone has for the
process and any tips or tricks to make it easier or more effective.
