Listmates:

I'm looking for some information on the Bremerton ordinance which
apparently requires owners of foreclosed properties to register with the
City of Bremerton. If you have information about the background and
impetus for the ordinance and/or how it is working and whether owners are
complying, please send me an email. Also, thoughts about enforceability
would be appreciated. It is my understanding that it was intended to deal
with issues related to abandoned properties.

Thanks,

Kathryn R. McKinley
