[WSBARP] Lis Pendens

Sometimes it helps you get a release for a document that arguably is a
false claim to title if you also cite the criminal code:

 

RCW 9.38.020 <http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9.38.020> 

False representation concerning title.  

 

Every person who shall maliciously or fraudulently execute or file for
record any instrument, or put forward any claim, by which the right or
title of another to any real or personal property is, or purports to be
transferred, encumbered or clouded, shall be guilty of a gross
misdemeanor.

I know I have seen this out there some where, just trying to cut down on
research time . . .

 

Can anyone point me in the direction of case law or other authority
regarding the filing of a frivolous lis pendens?
