Dear Listmates,
One of my clients has requested my assistance in essentially drafting a
day-rate rental agreement for space in his building. He is a naturopath
who owns his own building and would like to make a portion of it available
to practitioners of various arts (massage/acupunture, etc) on a day-rate
type basis.

Is this do-able? Seems like it should be - almost like salons that rent
chair space at $100/day for example.

Do any of you have tips for dealing with some of the regular issues like
renter's insurance? Clearly each practitioner would be responsible for
it's own business/professional liability insurance, but I would appreciate
thoughts on some of the other potential issues like damage to the
building, renter's insurance, etc.

Thanks so much in advance,

Heather
