[WSBARP] Liability of heir

Sole beneficiary has to have a parcel of family property subject to
encumbrance.  Property deeded from estate to beneficiary and now he is
unable to make payments. When bank forecloses does the beneficiary have
any liability to the bank beyond that of the property and will it affect
his credit?
