[WSBARP] How to tell if mobile home title is eliminated?

Eric,

You should be able to find it under the "recorded documents" section of
either the Assessor or Auditor's office. Since it's King County, I'm not
100% sure. Just look up the owner's name and it should come up if the
Title Elimination has been filed.

Best,

Jodi

Subject: [WSBARP] How to tell if mobile home title is eliminated?

Can I tell from Assessor records or other online records whether a mobile
home title has been eliminated? (King County).

Sincerely,
