[WSBARP] Filing an Adverse Possession claim. Legal description?

The cost of the survey to get the legal description helps deter people
from adverse possession claims for 16” of lawn and the like.  A lot of
these are based at the core on the fact that someone ran over someone’s
cat and didn’t apologize.

You are welcome.  I agree with the others on this discussion that it
depends on the judge.  I take the position that a legal description is
required given this statute.
