Subject: [WSBARP] Land use question Des Moines, WA


Client just received notice that he does not qualify for a business
license to use his land for outdoor storage.  He has been using his land
for this purpose since 1993, however, the city rezoned the property
several years ago. There first notification that he wasn't in compliance
was four months ago.   Anyone have suggestions, comments or available to
discuss this with me?
