[WSBAPT] Planning Options for PLLC

Is there authority to support the validity of a contractual transfer on death provision (RCW 11.02.091) in a PLLC operating agreement as a means to avoid probate as a transfer by operation of law so that the trustee/transferee can qualify as a temporary member without having the otherwise required professional license (RCW 18.100.118)?

Is there a different way planners are efficiently dealing with succession for PLLCs?

In this situation, spouses are creating a trust to hold most of their joint assets.  One spouse is a medical provider who owns and manages a PLLC individually.  The other spouse does not hold a license required to manage that LLC.
