[WSBAPT] QCD near Shelton, Mason County

Very nice elderly (100 years old) lady who lives near Shelton wishes to gift her granddaughter a residence in Mount Vernon.  I can do this via mail but I told her I would attempt to find an attorney in or near Shelton who could possibly do a home visit/signing/notary.
