[WSBAPT] EIN applications on line

[Diane Kiepe]

The last 3 times I tried to get an EIN online, I received a message stating
it can't be obtained on-line and that I must either fax the application or
send it via regular mail before a number will be issued.  Is anyone else
out there facing this issue?
