[WSBAPT] Funding Bypass Trust with Promissory Note

I primarily practice in Oregon, so I am curious whether in Washington it is common to draft joint trusts so that they allow the bypass trust to be funded on the first death with a promissory note.  We commonly do this in Oregon and it is well accepted there.
