[WSBAPT] Referral for Charitable Foundation Attorney

My client assumed management of a charitable foundation following her
father’s passing. She is seeking an attorney to assist her in navigating
the foundation’s structure and administration. Bank of America is involved,
and its representative has recommended exploring a Donor‑Advised Fund.

My client is from a prominent local family and is down‑to‑earth and a
pleasure to work with. I will forward all referrals to her.
