[WSBAPT] Fw: Need help re Publication of Notice to Creditors>>Skag it County

I recently contacted classified at skagitpublishing.com, who publishes the
classifieds for several newspapers (including the  Herald) and asked, what
was their cheapest publication for a notice to creditors and it was the
newspaper in Anacortes (was about $250, versus $500).
