[WSBAPT] Credtor claim by PR

Hello,

I am representing a PR who also filed a creditor's claim (through another
attorney). I have been asked to note the matter for a hearing. I see that
the procedures to be used are the TEDRA 11.96A procedures. This seems like
overkill to me and I'm wondering if perhaps anyone out there can tell me
I'm reading the statute wrong.

Has anyone done this before? I represent the PR and don't mind helping her
to get this calendared but I don't want to advocate one way or the other
because of the conflict (family already fighting).

Any directions is greatly appreciated.
