[WSBAPT] King County questions

King County is a bear to figure out, Diane—sorry. Some Ex Parte hearing slots are in-person only and are designated that way on the calendar. If it doesn’t say “in person” then Zoom is allowed. You can tell by looking at the Ex Parte Reservation calendar:
https://superiorcourt.kingcounty.gov/ex-parte-online-scheduling
Select “Seattle” or “Kent” and look at the specific time for your calendar to see if it says “in person.”

Sincerely,

Eric

Subject: [WSBAPT] King County questions

Hello,

I have filed a TEDRA in King County and noted it for a hearing. It is noted for EX Parte. Under the scheduling calendar it reads: (probate/guard in person). I believe I can attend a TEDRA matter via Zoom, along with my clients (Petitioners), but I am hoping someone can provide direction. I found the on-line calendaring a bit complicated (although, it could totally be me :)).

Thank you.
