[WSBAPT] Small Estate in Washington

Dear Listerve,

I am a member of this section and relatively new to Washington. I need to
file a small estate affidavit on behalf of a client who was PR in the
Oregon estate. Does anyone have a form they are willing to share?  Any
other tips welcome too!
