[WSBAPT] IRS EIN application online not working?

Hello all-Is anyone else getting an error message from the IRS online EIN application, saying that they can't provide an EIN online, and I have to fax or mail in the SS-4? This just happened today, supposedly after the "down for maintenance" from 12/30 - 1/5 is supposed to be over.
