[WSBAPT] Trouble Getting Letters Testamentary

I took over a probate case a few months ago that is in the King County Kent
District. The personal representative died so we filed a petition to
appoint a successor PR and an Oath of the Successor PR. The Oath included a
middle initial that did not match the order so the Clerk sent us a notice
requiring us to refile the Oath with the corrected name. This was done
Monday morning 2/23.  The court record still does not show that a Letter
Testamentary is available to order.

I tried emailing the ex parte clerk and the cashier, but received no
response. I tried calling, but no one answered. Has anyone else had an
issue getting a letter issued?  Any advice would be appreciated.
