I have a client in Federal Way who is in need of help clearing title to a property in Kent.  Unfortunately, the property is in multiple names after multiple deaths over multiple decades...and a couple of TODs sprinkled in as well.  Just a procedural mess that needs cleaning up.  There could be some issues with one of the family members not wanting to cooperate.  Anybody in south King interested?
