[WSBAPT] Medallion Signature Guarantee w/o Probate

I've used this service twice to get a Medallion Guarantee stamp:

Is it slow? Yes, it takes about a month. Is it really scary to send
original documents to a small office building in New York? Yes. Is it
cheaper and faster than probate? Also yes!
