[WSBAPT] Medallion Signature Guarantee w/o Probate

Honestly, unless you have a contact at another institution who can assist
you, it will be less expensive and more efficient to just open the probate
for the Letters.  At least that has been my experience.  Would love to hear
how it plays out once you are done if you think about it. :)
