[WSBAPT] Medallion Signature Guarantee w/o Probate

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help me out with this issue:

My client's spouse died and left everything to my client through his will
and a community property agreement. Due to the community property
agreement, we didn't do probate. However, the deceased spouse left shares
of Boeing stock and BECU wouldn't do a Medallion Guarantee Stamp for his
wife/my client.

To get the Medallion Guarantee Stamp, BECU is requiring that Computershare
(or Boeing) puts in writing that no one else exists that is entitled to the
assets. Computershare won't do that, sayigng it doesn't give anyone except
a Personal Representative or Administrator that information (I've tried
that route).

I've shared the Community Property Agreement and Lack of Probate Affidavit
with BECU and Computershare.

Does anyone have tips or ideas for getting that Medallion stamp?
